อัศจรรย์ ‘ฝนดาวตกเพอร์เซอิดส์’ สุดตระการตา เหนือท้องฟ้าคืนวันแม่

นักดาราศาสตร์ ชวนชมปรากฏการณ์ฝนดาวตก ‘เพอร์เซอิดส์’ หรือ ‘ฝนดาวตกวันแม่’ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในช่วงกลางเดือนสิงหาคมของทุกปี

วันนี้ (12 ส.ค.) มีการเผยแพร่ภาพปรากฏการณ์สุดตระการตา ของปรากฏการณ์ธรรมชาติที่มีชื่อว่า ‘ฝนดาวตกเพอร์เซอิดส์’ หรือที่ชาวไทยรู้จักในนาม ฝนดาวตกวันแม่ เนื่องจากมักเกิดขึ้นในช่วงกลางเดือนสิงหาคมของทุกปี

ทว่า ฝนดาวตกเพอร์เซอิดส์ ได้รับการขนานนามว่า เป็นราชาแห่งฝนดาวตกในประเทศแถบยุโรป เนื่องจากเป็นฝนดาวตกซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักเป็นอย่างมาก

พร้อมกันนี้ ปรากฏการณ์ฝนดาวตกวันแม่ จะเกิดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม – 24 สิงหาคม เมื่อสังเกตจากประเทศไทยคาดว่าจะมีมากที่สุดในคืนวันอาทิตย์ที่ 12 สิงหาคม ถึงเช้ามืดวันจันทร์ที่ 13 สิงหาคม 2555 ทั้งนี้ประเทศไทยจะเริ่มเห็นฝนดาวตกตั้งแต่เวลา 22.30น. และจะเห็นฝนดาวตกได้ดีที่สุดจะอยู่ในช่วงเวลา 04.00-05.00น. ซึ่งเป็นช่วงก่อนฟ้ารุ่งสาง

ซึ่งในปีนี้มีการคาดการณ์ว่า ความถี่ของการเกิดปรากฏการณ์ครั้งนี้ จะมีความถี่ในระดับ 50 ดวงต่อชั่วโมง ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศในขณะนั้น

สุขุมพันธุ์ เป็นประธานเปิดกรวยกระทงดอกไม้ถวายราชสักการะหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ

วันนี้ (12 ส.ค. 58) ม.ร.ว. สุขุมพันธุ์ บริพัตร ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นประธานเปิดกรวยกระทงดอกไม้ถวายราชสักการะหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ และนำคณะผู้บริหารกรุงเทพมหานคร สมาชิกสภากรุงเทพมหานคร พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการและบุคลากรกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้แทนจากองค์กรภาครัฐ เอกชน และประชาชน ตักบาตรพระสงฆ์ จำนวน 184 รูป ถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษาครบ 83 พรรษา

ทั้งนี้ กรุงเทพมหานครกำหนดจัดงานเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 83 พรรษา 12 สิงหาคม 2558 ณ บริเวณลานคนเมือง ศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานคร

ขณะเดียวกัน กรุงเทพมหานครยังได้ร่วมกับมูลนิธิ 5 ธันวามหาราช จัดงานมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 12 สิงหามหาราชินีนาถ พุทธศักราช 2558 ระหว่างวันที่ 8-13 สิงหาคม 2558 ณ มณฑลพิธีท้องสนามหลวง

โดยกิจกรรมสำคัญวันที่ 12 สิงหาคม 2558 ประกอบด้วย

เวลา 07.00 น. พิธีทำบุญตักบาตรพระสงฆ์ จำนวน 184 รูป

เวลา 19.29 น. พิธีจุดเทียนถวายพระพรชัยมงคล และถวายราชสดุดีเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พร้อมกันทั่วประเทศ โดยมี พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธี

เวลา 20.00-23.00 น. ของทุกวัน ได้จัดให้มีการแสดงดนตรีและมหรสพสมโภชเฉลิมพระเกียรติอีกด้วย

ตะลึง พบงูสองหัว กำเนิดในสวนสัตว์ในประเทศจีน

วันนี้ (12 ส.ค.) เว็บไซต์ข่าว ‘เซี่ยงไฮ้อิสต์’ สื่อท้องถิ่นในประเทศจีน เผยแพร่ภาพของ งูสองหัว ในสวนสัตว์หนานหนิง มณฑลกวางสี ของประเทศจีน ที่กำเนิดจากพ่อแม่พันธุ์ในฟาร์มงูดังกล่าว

ทั้งนี้รายงานระบุว่า งูตัวนี้ มีความยาว 20 เซนติเมตร และมีน้ำหนักเพียง 50 กรัม และมีน้ำหนักน้อยกว่างูปกติทั่วไป ลักษณะความผิดปกติดังกล่าว เกิดจากการกลายพันธุ์ ทำให้มีสมองที่แยกออกจากกัน แต่มีระบบการย่อยอาหารเดียวกัน ซึ่งขณะนี้ ได้มีชีวิตรอดมาจนถึง 10 วัน

ซึ่งปัญหาหนึ่งในการดำรงชีวิตที่งูตัวนี้ประสบคือ การเลื้อยเคลื่อนที่ มักจะสวนทางกัน เนื่องจากปกติทั่วไปแล้ว งูมักจะเลื้อยเป็นรูปตัวเอส จนในบางครั้ง งูที่สองในร่างเดียวกัน อาจจะเคลื่อนที่กระทบกันได้

อย่างไรก็ตาม เจ้าหน้าที่จากสวนสัตว์ดังกล่าว ให้ความเห็นว่า ปัจจัยในด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงอุณหภูมิ และความชื้น ทำให้เกิดความผิดปกติในสายพันธุ์สัตว์ได้
